Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of tech help do you offer?

We provide one-on-one support for everyday technology, including smartphones, tablets, computers, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and common apps (email, Medicare, MyGov, Zoom, WhatsApp, online banking, etc). If you're unsure whether we can help with something, just ask!

What happens in the free intro call?

It's a relaxed 5-10-minute phone or video call to learn more about what you're hoping to achieve. You can ask questions, tell us what you're struggling with, and we'll recommend the best session to start with. There's no pressure to commit.

Do you come to my home?

Yes! We offer in-home sessions across Melbourne’s inner and surrounding suburbs. If you're outside our service area, we also offer remote support via video call or phone.

Do I need to prepare anything for the session?

Not at all. If there’s something specific you’d like help with, that’s great – but we can also help you figure out where to start. Just have your device handy, and any passwords you may need (like for email or app stores).

Can I book a session for someone else?

Absolutely. You can book a session for a family member, friend, or neighbour. Many people book sessions on behalf of parents or grandparents. We'll always check in with the person receiving the help to ensure they’re comfortable.

What areas do you service?

We provide in-home visits across Melbourne’s inner and southeastern suburbs. If you're outside this area, we’re happy to offer remote sessions via video or phone.

What if I’m really not confident with technology?

You’re in the right place. We work with people of all confidence levels — many of our clients describe themselves as “not tech-savvy at all.” Our sessions are slow, clear, and completely free from judgement or jargon.

Will I get anything to help me remember what I learned?

Yes. Every session includes a printed or emailed step-by-step guide personalised to what we covered. It's yours to keep and refer to anytime.
